Samp train at Swansea’s training ground before Saturday’s friendly

The Blucerchiati familiarised themselves with the classic British summer at the Landore Training Ground in Plasmarl near Swansea for this afternoon’s workout.

The squad began their session at Swansea Academy in the wind and drizzle, as they laid down the game-plan for Saturday’s pre-season friendly at the Liberty Stadium.

Marco Giampaolo will lead his players through a double helping of training tomorrow at the same venue.
