Split sessions for Samp, morning training on Thursday

Marco Giampaolo split his squad into two at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini in Bogliasco on Wednesday, with the defenders training in the morning and the midfielders and forwards following in the afternoon.

With Saturday’s trip to Udinese approaching, the players focused on fitness, tactics and ball possession.

The Blucerchiati will train behind closed doors on Thursday morning.
