Afternoon session without international contingent, double session on Friday

Sampdoria continued their training schedule during the international break with an afternoon session on Thursday.

With internationals Joachim Andersen, Bartosz Bereszynski, Dawid Kownacki, Karol Linetty and Duvan Zapata away, the Blucerchiati – bolstered by Primavera players Ibourahima Balde and Joao Claudio Gomes Ricciulli – warmed up without the ball before getting stuck into some rondos and fitness work. A minimatch on the upper pitch brought the session to a close.

Gianluca Caprari sat out the session with flu.

The squad will have a double session on Friday. The sessions will be closed to the fans due to the ongoing modernisation work being carried out at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini.
