Ferrero watches Samp train ahead of Crotone, final session on Saturday morning

Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero was at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini in Bogliasco on Friday morning to observe the Blucerchiati’s penultimate training session ahead of Saturday’s visit of Crotone to Marassi.

Marco Giampaolo’s squad kicked things off with a warm-up and some rondo exercises, before moving on to focus on practice games, tactical drills and set pieces. Doria youngsters Gergely Hutvagner and Alex Pastor joined in with the first team, with Carlo Osti and Daniele Prade also watching on from the sidelines.

Samp will have a light training session on Saturday morning, at the end of which Giampaolo will name his match-day squad.
