Blucerchiati divided into groups for Easter training

Sampdoria had a technical meeting this morning before stepping outside for training at the Centro Sportivo Novarello in Novara.

The squad was divided into four groups for the session: those who either didn’t play against Chievo Verona or didn’t have a long run-out, including Bartosz Bereszynski and Primavera prospect Ognjen Stijepovic, went through a full session; those involved at the Stadio Bentegodi had a recovery session in the gym and pool; Dawid Kownacki and Ivan Strinic concentrated on their individual training programmes; and Edgar Barreto and Fabio Quagliarella spent the morning in the physio’s room.

The players will be back out for another workout tomorrow morning before setting off for Bergamo.
