Training in derby week: afternoon session in Bogliasco

As the Derby della Lanterna approaches ever closer, training continues apace for the Blucerchiati at the Centro Sportivo Mugnaini.

After some gym work on strength and conditioning, Marco Giampaolo led his players through tactical and technical drills and practise games at a rain-soaked Bogliasco. Vasco Regini and Primavera prospect Gergely Hutvagner also joined in training.

Joachim Andersen, Bartosz Bereszynski, Albin Ekdal, Jakub Jankto and Dawid Kownacki went through recovery sessions following their returns from international duty. Edgar Barreto spent the afternoon working on his own return to fitness.

There’s a double session planned for tomorrow.
