Back to work with 1000 m interval training. Last double session on Friday

After spending the morning in the pool, the team were back on the pitch in Temu on Thursday afternoon.

Following a warm-up, the outfield players did 1000-metre interval training while the goalies worked separately with Fabrizio Lorieri.

On Friday Eusebio Di Francesco has pencilled in the last double session of Sampdoria’s training camp in Val Camonica.
