Doria back to work post Spezia. Afternoon session on Friday

After last night’s friendly win over Spezia, Sampdoria got back to work in Bogliasco. Eusebio Di Francesco and his staff divided the squad into two groups. Those who were most involved in the friendly encounter did some recovery work on pitch two, while the rest of the squad did some gym work before some technical and tactical drills on pitch one.

Gianluca Caprari trained with the second group, while Albin Ekdal did so for the first half of the session, before continuing his personal recovery programme. Manolo Gabbiadini also did some individual recovery work. On Friday the squad will train in the afternoon.
