Samp train for Inter game, squad announcement on Saturday

Club president Massimo Ferrero and sporting director Carlo Osti watched on from the sidelines on Friday afternoon as the Sampdoria squad enjoyed their penultimate training session on pitch one at the Mugnaini in Bogliasco ahead of the clash with Inter on Saturday evening.

After the video meeting, Eusebio Di Francesco put the players through fitness work which was followed by technical and tactical drills.

It was the first brief taste of normal training out on the pitch for Alex Ferrari, whose fitness will be assessed further on Saturday. Manolo Gabbiadini received physio treatment, while Gonzalo Maroni and Andrea Seculin continued their bids to regain full fitness.

The squad list for Inter will be announced on Saturday morning after the final pre-match training session.
