Technical and tactical drills ahead of Friday departure for Rome

Sampdoria continued their preparations at the Mugnaini on Thursday for the clash with Lazio on Saturday afternoon. Following a squad meeting in the video room, the players were put through their paces by Claudio Ranieri and his coaching staff on pitch one, which involved a warm-up and a combination of technical and tactical drills.

Fabio Depaoli and Gaston Ramirez trained on their own once again as they continued their recoveries from injury (left ankle and left knee, respectively). Alex Ferrari’s rehabilitation following surgery is also progressing smoothly. The final training session will take place on Friday morning before the squad sets off for Rome.
