Depaoli returns to matchday squad for Fiorentina encounter

The team gathered in Bogliasco on Saturday morning to run through the final preparations for their game against Fiorentina on Sunday.

After some fitness work and technical drills, the Blucerchiati focused on tactics with the Viola in mind.

At the end of the session Claudio Ranieri confirmed the matchday squad for the 15:00 kick-off at the Stadio Ferraris. Fabio Depaoli is included for the first time since Doria’s opening game of the year against AC Milan.

Albin Ekdal misses out through suspension while Kristoffer Askildsen has joined Marcello Cottafava’s Primavera squad for Monday’s game against Lazio.

Alex Ferrari once again worked individually on his rehabilitation.
