Technique and strength work in Bogliasco, final session of the week on Saturday

It was a cloudy morning on Friday as Claudio Ranieri’s Sampdoria squad reported back to the training ground to continue their work during the international break, which sees Keita Balde, Bartosz Bereszynski, Omar Colley, Mikkel Damsgaard, Albin Ekdal, Jakub Jankto, Nik Prelec, Morten Thorsby and Maya Yoshida all away from Bogliasco on duty with their national teams.

The squad worked through individual and group technique drills, practice games and strength exercises in the gym.

Ernesto Torregrossa had an individual recovery session.

Samp will have their final training session of the week on Saturday.
