Ponte di Legno: first high-altitude session for Samp

Sampdoria kicked off their Ponte di Legno training camp with an afternoon session at Temu sports centre on Thursday.

After warming up in the gym, the lads were met by overcast skies as they moved out to the pitch for technical and tactical drills, followed by some fitness work to finish.

The team will train morning and afternoon on Friday.

Meanwhile a third friendly fixture has now been added to the Blucerchiati’s pre-season schedule: Serie C outfit Piacenza will provide the opposition on Monday 26 July.

These are Sampdoria’s four friendly dates for the coming weeks:
