Fitness and technique ahead of first friendly on Sunday

It was another hard day of work for the squad in High Val Camonica. Roberto D’Aversa had the players split up into groups over the course of the day for fitness work on the pitch and in the gym, technical drills and training games.

On Sunday Sampdoria play their first pre-season friendly against local side Nuova Camunia. Kick-off is at 17:30 CEST and the match will broadcast live on Sampdoria’s official Facebook, Twitter and Twitch profiles.
