Training resumes in Bogliasco ahead of Udinese

Sampdoria’s first-team squad resumed training in Bogliasco on Tuesday, with the focus now turning towards Udinese. The players who were heavily involved in recent games trained on pitch one at the Gloriano Mugnaini, as Roberto D’Aversa laid on a regenerative fitness programme. All the other players took part in a warm-up, technical drills and a training match including Primavera players.

Manolo Gabbiadini, Ronaldo Vieira and Valerio Verre continued their individual programmes in a bid to get back to full fitness.

The squad will enjoy a morning session on Wednesday as preparations for the clash with Udinese on Sunday continue.
