Preparations continue with two days to go

There are just two days to go until Sampdoria’s 2022/23 league campaign gets under way. The squad were hard at work in Bogliasco, training on pitch two of the Mugnaini, with a focus on tactical play ahead of their match against Atalanta. The Blucerchiati host the Bergamo-based club on Saturday at the Ferraris, kicking off at 18:00 CEST.

New signing Nikita Contini was also in attendance for the session. Meanwhile, Andrea Conti and Simone Trimboli continued with their recovery programmes.

On Friday, another morning session is planned, before Marco Giampaolo sits down for his press conference at 12:00 CEST.
