Recovery work and tactics in Bogliasco, squad named for Derthona clash

Sampdoria were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini in Bogliasco on Sunday morning to prepare for the friendly with Derthona at 20:30 CEST this evening.

The players involved for all or most of the game with Alessandria had a recovery session, while the rest of the squad warmed up before focusing on tactics.

Manolo Gabbiadini had an individual strength session, while Alex Ferrari did recovery work after picking up a knock.

Claudio Ranieri has named a 22-man squad for the match against Derthona tonight, with Fabio Quagliarella and Lorenzo Tonelli given a breather after they played the full game against Alessandria.
