Samp resume training in two groups, afternoon session on Tuesday

Sampdoria were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Monday morning after travelling back from Udine late on Sunday night to kickstart their preparations for the visit of Cagliari.

The players involved for all or most of the win over Udinese had a recovery session, while the rest of the squad trained as normal, with fitness drills and a practice game on the menu.

Gaston Ramirez received treatment and physiotherapy following the knock he picked up in the Udinese win, while Lorenzo Tonelli and Ronaldo Vieira continued to train separately.

Samp have an afternoon session scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
