Samp straight back at it ahead of AC Milan visit

The team were back at the training ground on Monday morning just a few hours after Sunday’s fixture against Juventus, with the next one – against AC Milan – already looming fast on the horizon.

As usual for the post-match session, the players were split into two groups, with those who played most of the match in Turin focusing on recovery while the others followed a standard training programme.

Five players worked separately: Bartosz Bereszynski (treatment and physiotherapy), Federico Bonazzoli (treatment and personalised work), Julian Chabot (treatment and physiotherapy), Felice D’Amico (treatment and physiotherapy) and Albin Ekdal (building up fitness).

The squad will train again on Tuesday morning.
