Tactics and practice games ahead of Monday friendly

Roberto D’Aversa’s Sampdoria squad had a double training session in Temu on Sunday as they continued their 2021/22 pre-season preparations.

The morning began with technique drills, tactics and fitness, while the afternoon saw the group split off into four teams for a high-intensity tournament on a small-sided pitch.

Samp have their third pre-season friendly of the 2021/22 campaign on Monday afternoon. D’Aversa’s men will take on Serie C outfit Piacenza, with kick-off scheduled for 17:30 CEST. The match will be broadcast live on Samp’s Facebook, Twitter and Twitch feeds.
