Samp back in Bogliasco, double training session on Wednesday

Marco Giampaolo’s Sampdoria squad were back at the Centro Sportivo Gloriano Mugnaini on Tuesday following a two-day rest after the trip to Ireland and Wales.

The Blucerchiati kicked things off with the fitness drills before moving onto technique, tactics and possession. The session was brought to a close with a practice game.

Patrik Schick and Emiliano Viviano did not train with the group as both players were working through scheduled individual sessions.

Doria will have a double session on Wednesday. Like today, the players will train on the upper pitch in the morning, with the session closed to the public due to safety issues linked to ongoing work designed to improve the pitches and facilities.
