High-intensity session at the Mugnaini

The Sampdoria players were put through their paces on Friday morning as Marco Giampaolo led a training session in Bogliasco. With Bartosz Bereszynski, Filip Djuricic, Manolo Gabbiadini, Tomas Rincon and Abdelhamid Sabiri all still away on international duty, the rest of the team took to pitch one of the Mugnaini for a programme focused on fitness, possession and shooting drills, with a training match on a small pitch to finish off.

As for individuals, Harry Winks did his own session on the pitch, while Manuel De Luca continued with his recovery programme.

The final training session of the week will take place on Saturday morning.
